I replaced the nib with a Lamy Z50 Silver Steel Broad Nib, Very smooth writer & perfect ink flow. (I have mine filled up with Waterman Intense Black Ink). The Perfect Business Fountain Pen. It's been a while since I have written with a fountain pen. I had forgotten the pleasure of being able to write using a pen that feel so luxurious to write with. The Lamy studio fountain pen looks smart and has a nice weight. It sits comfortable when you write. The medium nib is really smooth and produces even and consistent ink flow. I am really enjoying rediscovering the joy of fountain pen handwriting - and am very impressed and happy with my purchase. It is worth every cent and more.
